What payment methods do you accept?
DistrictRunway.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ApplePay, and PayPal. Please note we are unable to accept cash, checks or money orders.
My credit card was declined, what should I do?
Please verify your payment details entered to ensure it matches the records of your issuing bank institution. In order to protect your privacy and security, we suggest contacting your bank since they do not provide us details about why your payment was declined. If you're entering your credit card information correctly and your bank is not blocking the transaction, please contact us to review your situation: email@example.com
Who is responsible to pay customs duty and value-added tax (VAT)?
DISTRICT RUNWAY does not prepay and is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please keep in mind that depending upon your country, you may incur additional substantial costs to receive your items.
What U.S. states do you charge sales taxes in?
Current law requires us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes based on the order's "ship to" address. District Runway must comply with the stablished guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. Tax charged are displayed during the checkout process. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. Can I change or cancel my existing order?
Once you have submitted your order, these are processed very quickly; therefore, we are unable to alter an order that you have already placed. Please review our return policy for details on returning any items.
If I do not live in the United States, can I place an international order?
At this time, we are unable to complete orders with an international shipping address. All order must be submitted for shipment to one of the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Do I need a code to apply discounts?
All prices listed under sale are final price. Any discounts or promotions currently in effect will be applied automatically, and no additional codes are needed at checkout.
Out of stock Merchandise?
At times we may no longer have an item in stock, however, it the item says 'temporarily out of stock' or 'coming soon', please check back at a later time for updated status on product availability.
How can I retrieve my password?
