Once you place an order with us, you automatically accept our purchasing policies and conditions, for this reason we invite you to read each article carefully before placing an order.

However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, sizes or colors etc., please contact us via email shop@districtrunway.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, if it does not notify on time and if we do not have the availability of what you want.

 

Sales & Discount Policy

Please read carefully ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items purchased in offers, discounted prices or final prices, will not be returned, nor apply for online credit.

 

Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed.

Carriers and Claims

It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case DISTRICTRUNWAY.COM will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

 

Lost Or Stolen Package

We ship through the USPS, which provides safe, easy and traceable shipping methods. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to help you.

Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we can not be responsible for delays in the logistics of delivering your package. Remember to take into account holidays and non-working weekends for the USPS.

Once the transport company has the delivery of your package in your hands, we can not be responsible for the loss of the packages delivered to the final address once the transport company confirms and verifies the delivery.

 

Delivery Policity


Next Day Delivery

At this time, we only offer standard delivery option. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order.

For Exclusive Collection Items estimated delivery time is aproximately 12- 20 days or less.

USA Domestic Regular-Standard Delivery

Your purchase will be processed within 48 hours from Monday to Wednesday. Once the payment is processed, your order will be shipped through a regular or standard USPS delivery.

In general, your order will be shipped within 72 hours on orders placed on weekends or holidays. On weekends or holidays, the bank does not process your payment. Payments for orders made on Thursday or Friday fall on the following Monday, therefore, the package is sent to the day after confirming your payment.

Orders that payments are processed on Fridays, will be placed to the post office on the following Monday.

Our email will be sent with a tracking number when your order is shipped. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 4:00 p.m. CST will not begin processing until the next business day (Monday).

Standard shipping (5-7 business days) = $ 8.60 - 11.80 (USPS).

Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we are not responsible for the time and logistics that this takes in the delivery of your package.

 

In case of free shipping promotions

Free standard shipping only applies to 50 contingent states, in net purchases. On average, standard shipments arrive within 5 to 7 business days after your order has been placed.

Local Delivery

Local shipments are considered to addresses within the United States. These local shipments have an average cost standard or regular mode in addresses within EE. UU of 6.60 - 7.80 dollars that are sent by the USPS mail and that have a delivery time between 5-7 days.

Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we are not responsible for the time and logistics that this takes in the delivery of your package.

International Delivery

We ship to all parts of the world. Know it well, We ship to all the countries of the world from the United States.

If your order goes outside the United Stated but you have a courier company or package transport company within the US, enter the address of your carrier in the US. We will send your package to this transport company which will be responsible for flying your correspondence to its final destination. The cost of this shipment is the same as if you lived in the US, because your international transport company is located in the USA.
 

If you do not have an international transport company from your country in the USA, you should then choose the direct international shipping service.

 

We use DHL for direct international shipping. The cost of your international shipment will be established by DHL according to your international rate.

 

Once we deliver the package to the transport company, we are not responsible for the time and logistics that this takes in the delivery of your package.

Date to Make a Return

We accept returns for ONLINE CREDIT within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Your Online credit will only be for the amount paid for the piece. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Once you want to consume your online credit, you will be charged the shipping cost.

Returns MUST be received UNWASHED and UNUSED.
YOU MUST SEND THE ITEM WITH ITS ORIGINAL HANGING LABEL

For a ONLINE CREDIT less the shipping charge.**Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no ripping,  food stains or makeup) with the tags attached.

Shipping fees are NOT refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back. All return shipping charges MUST be prepaid. We DO NOT accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.

Your online credit must be used ENTIRELY in your NEW PURCHASE. Any remaining balance is NOT carried over.

We do not make refunds.

Colors and Sizes may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds. We check EVERY garment CAREFULLY before shipping therefore damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match the original condition, we won’t issue an ONLINE CREDIT.

Damages must be reported within the same day of receiving merchandise or can’t be returned.

A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

For an online credit less shipping costs. ** Please return items in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, odorless, tear-free, food stains or makeup) with the attached labels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Online Credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Online Credit.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. When this Options is available, it will be notified on the main page.


Returns Processing Time

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your ONLINE CREDIT. You will be notified via email when your return is processed and your ONLINE CREDIT issued.
